BSEB 2024 STET results released at bsebstet.com

Bihar STET 2024 result: The results of the Secondary Teacher Eligibility Test (STET) 2024 are out on the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB)official website. Here are the simple steps through which the results of the candidates have been made available: secondary.biharboardonline.com. The announcement has come as a relief for around 5 lakh candidates who were waiting for their results.

STET 2024 Examination Overview

The STET 2024 examination was conducted in two papers:

  • Paper 1: Designed for candidates aiming to teach classes 9 and 10.
  • Paper 2: Targeted at those aspiring to teach classes 11 and 12.

The examinations were held between May 18 and May 29, 2024, for Paper 1, and between June 11 and June 20, 2024, for Paper 2. Both papers were conducted in an online mode across various centers in Bihar.

Out of the 423,822 candidates who appeared for the examination, 297,747 have successfully qualified, marking an overall pass percentage of 70.25%.

How to Check Your STET 2024 Result

Candidates can follow these steps to access their results:

  1. Visit the official BSEB STET website: secondary.biharboardonline.com.
  2. Click on the "STET 2024 Result" link.
  3. Enter your Application ID and Date of Birth in the format dd-mm-yyyy.
  4. Click on the "Submit" button.
  5. Your result will be displayed on the screen.
  6. Download and print the result for future reference.

Next Steps for Qualified Candidates

Those who pass the STET 2024 will now be eligible to participate in the Teacher Recruitment Examination (TRE) 4.0 by the Bihar Public Service Commission. It is a huge achievement for aspirants who wish to apply for teaching posts for classes 9 to 12 in secondary and higher secondary schools in Bihar.

  • The BSEB has not released a merit list or rankings for this examination.
