Like… you talk to some “agent” who calls himself Ravi Bhai or something, and he swears on his mother’s life that the project is “RERA approved,” but when you ask for proof, he just sends you a blurry screenshot that looks like it was taken in 2017 on a Nokia. People who aren’t buying 12 villas but just want one decent house that won’t get stuck in legal hell.
