How to Change Profile DP On: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Whatsapp

Many social media users are changing the profile pic/DP of their accounts. Most people know how to change WhatsApp. And what about the rest? Settings are not the same on all social media..! So let's see how to change profile pic/DP on social media accounts.

Facebook

• After logging into Facebook, click the camera symbol on your DP. You will then see the photos you have posted to Facebook.
• From all photos available, you can choose and put one of them as your profile picture. You must select the upload photo option if you want to add a new photo as a DP that is not already in your Facebook photo album.
• Displays the photographs on your phone, laptop, or PC after that. The Facebook cover photo or default photo will change if you choose the image you like and save it.

• The aforementioned technique can be used to modify the timeline photo if you wish to do so.

Twitter

• When you access a profile on Twitter, a menu will appear on the left side. Select Edit Profile from the menu.
• On your profile photo, desktop picture(DP), and timeline photos, you will notice a camera icon. To replace a photo, click on it and then choose from the phone gallery, desktop, or PC.
• Then select the Apply option in the upper right corner to update the profile picture or DP. In a similar way, the timeline photo can also be modified.

Instagram

• After logging into your Instagram account, your profile picture will appear in the bottom right corner of the app.
• If you click on it and then select Edit Profile, the option to Change Profile Photo will show up. New Profile Photo and Import from Facebook options will display after clicking on Profile Photo/DP.
• Select a photo from the phone gallery or desktop/DC by clicking on New Profile Photo, then click Save.
• You can choose a picture from the gallery to serve as your Instagram profile picture or cover photo by selecting the Import from Facebook option.
• Change your profile photo by clicking the person symbol in the desktop/PC edition of Instagram.

LinkedIn

• After logging in, click on your profile to change it. You can add a profile photo, a video, and a frame if you click on the avatar.
• The profile photo/DP will change if you choose the profile photo option, choose the desired photo from the phone gallery or desktop/PC version, and then save it.

WhatsApp

• To access the profile photo/DP, go to the app's settings page. When you click on the camera icon, it will show camera and gallery options.
• You can select the image you want to upload from the phone's memory by clicking on the gallery. Every time you want to snap a photograph to change your profile photo or DP, you can select the camera option.
• When you click on the profile photo/DP on the desktop version, the camera icon will show up. To set a photo as your desktop background, click it and select the image from your computer or desktop.

To Change any Social Media Profile DP:

First, open the Social Media App you want to change your DP on.

Now, upper right corner of your app, you can find your profile picture.

Then, click that existing picture to select a new DP.

Next, find the photo you want to use as your DP and select it.

After that, crop the photo to the size you want and then select “OK.”

Lastly, save the photo and select “Done.”

You have now successfully changed your DP on Social Media!
